Extremely easy access off of Highway 94 and Radio Drive. Our Oak Dining Room serves 3 meals a day/7 days a week. A beautiful paved walking path winds down to a pond and also over to a local shopping center that has Caribou Coffee, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Best Buy and Homegoods as well as others. We are only minutes from the award winning Woodbury Lakes shopping center, Tamarack shopping center and many restaurants. Take a trip on our bus. Meet with our on-site chaplain. Interact with many community groups that visit Oak Meadows. We're a great atmosphere for you and your family. |

Ladies...get your hair done at our beauty shop on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For the men: our barber is here the fourth Monday of the month.

Our store and gift shop has many items you need, and then some! Milk, bread, eggs, toilet paper, cards, ice cream...the list goes on and on. Our store is open every day from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 3:00

You often see our bus around town. It has a lift for wheelchairs, walkers and those who just don't want to walk up or down the steps. We usually go to a grocery store once a week and go on other trips

Family members can view the monthly calendar and menu on-line so they will know the events for their loved ones. We encourage family to join us for our events, the more the merrier!
